Admin and Account Manager (SaaS)

We’re looking for a customer-focused, results-driven SaaS Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our existing customer base. The ideal candidate will be experienced in account management within a SaaS environment and skilled at identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring product adoption.

Worktual is on a mission to transform customer service and care homes with smart, human-like AI agents. We build powerful AI tools that help businesses respond faster, sell better, and scale support effortlessly - and now we’re looking for an admin and account manager to help us set up and manage new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive adoption and retention
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs and issues
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and renewal meetings
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities in coordination with the sales team
  • Monitor account health and proactively address risks of churn
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity and progress in CRM
