Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships through consultancy-based sales in a B2B capacity alongside continuously maximising growth opportunities. You will currently be working in an account management role and have a proven track record of growing sales through a book of clients.

With the sales and marketing team based in the UK; this role will be based out of our London Office. Account Managers will be expected to work on a hybrid basis in the office Tuesday – Friday and work from home on Mondays providing a suitable work from home set up.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, building long-term relationships.
  • Understand client goals and challenges to offer proactive, tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and health checks to drive satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.

Revenue Growth & Portfolio Expansion

  • Meet or exceed monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities and drive growth within your existing portfolio.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Operations to support renewals, expansions, and success planning.

Operational Consultancy

  • Advise clients on global employment best practices, compliance, and workforce strategy.
  • Support clients in effectively using our technology platform through training and enablement.
  • Help design operational processes that align with client goals.

Issue Resolution & Risk Management

  • Own and resolve client issues end-to-end, collaborating across internal teams.
  • Proactively manage and mitigate risks to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Continuously improve account operations to enhance service delivery.

We'd Love To Hear From Someone That

  • Has 2+ years of experience in account management, recruitment, HR, or payroll sectors.
  • Has a proven record of hitting and exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organisation.
  • Is self-motivated, commercially minded, and confident advising clients.
  • Demonstrates strong digital communication skills and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.

£35,000 (£50k-£60 OTE) | Mon – Friday | 9:00 – 17:30 | Full Time | Office-based Tuesday–Friday, with remote work on Mondays. | Permanent | London
