About the Role

We’re looking for a Blue Prism Developer to join a global Process Excellence & Automation function. You’ll design, build and support scalable automation solutions that improve business processes across multiple departments.

This is a hands-on development role with strong exposure to stakeholders, business analysts and delivery teams, working on automation projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain automation solutions using Blue Prism
  • Work closely with Business Analysts to translate requirements into automation designs
  • Build reusable objects and processes aligned with best practice standards
  • Create SIT/UAT test scripts and support testing cycles through to deployment
  • Produce deployment and hypercare documentation
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of automation standards and delivery approach
  • Support knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years hands-on experience developing automation solutions in Blue Prism
  • Blue Prism Professional Developer accreditation (required)
  • Proven delivery of multiple automation projects end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of automation best practices, exception handling and logging
  • Experience integrating Blue Prism with REST APIs / Web Services
  • Technical background in software development (e.g., C#, Java, C++, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach
  • Confident communicator with ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

  • Experience mentoring junior developers
  • Consulting or client-facing background
  • Experience in fast-paced, global environments
