Your Mission:

At Wowcher, our Product & Innovation team sits at the heart of the business — where data, technology, and creativity meet to deliver meaningful impact for millions of customers and thousands of merchants.

We're looking for a Product Executive who's sharp, curious, and commercially minded — someone who can take an idea from concept to delivery, balancing user experience, business impact, and technical feasibility. You'll work across all areas of the Wowcher platform (web, app, and merchant tools) in a small but high-performing team where no two days are the same.

Your Quests Include:

• Work closely with the Head of Product and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities that drive measurable business impact.
• Translate ideas into structured specs and user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
• Develop t-shirt size technical estimates, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure feasibility with R&D.
• Partner with analytics (Adobe Analytics & Amazon Quicksight) to quantify the "size of prize" for initiatives.
• Plan and interpret A/B tests with the R&D team to validate hypotheses and measure performance uplift.
• Communicate clearly across the business — from technical teams to senior management — ensuring alignment and understanding at every stage.
• Own end-to-end delivery of improvements, from initial insight through to post-launch review.

Skills and Technologies

• 1–3 years' experience in a Product, E-commerce, or Digital role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator — confident working with both senior stakeholders and technical peers.
• Naturally curious, data-driven, and commercially savvy. You understand how to link product changes to revenue and conversion impact.
• Logical thinker with the ability to break complex problems into actionable plans.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hypothesis-driven environment with constant iteration and testing.
• Experience creating, managing and assigning projects, boards and stories in JIRA
• Basic knowledge of SQL & JavaScript
• Experience using Adobe Analytics and DTM
