- Coordinate daily progress across workstreams, ensuring tasks are clear and prioritised.
- Track progress and support planning, capacity, and scheduling.
- Identify and escalate blockers, risks, and dependencies.
- Maintain documentation of decisions, risks, actions, and updates.
- Support alignment between the Application Data team and stakeholders.
- Lead discovery to understand problems, goals, and requirements.
- Capture and document functional/non-functional requirements and user journeys.
- Map current vs. future-state processes, focusing on data and workflow impacts.
- Run workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Maintain clear, traceable requirements and scope.
- Ensure requirements are technically feasible and understood by delivery teams.
- Support impact assessments on data models, interfaces, and dependencies.
- Support testing, acceptance, and validation.
- Promote consistent and efficient working practices.
- Lead retrospectives and root-cause reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in business analysis, delivery or project management within technology environments.
- Strong organisational and communication skills across both business and technical audiences.
- Ability to document clear requirements and translate business goals into actionable technical detail.
- Comfortable tracking work, managing priorities, and supporting progress in Agile or hybrid environments.
- Understanding of data concepts (data flows, reporting, data quality).
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart.
- Experience working with data platform teams (DevOps, Data Engineering, BI, Databases) and cloud based technologies.
- Understanding of business analysis
- Exposure to product delivery or iterative delivery methods.
