Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring a shared understanding of needs and priorities.
- Define and maintain a clear, prioritised list of work that aligns with strategic objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into structured, actionable deliverables for technical teams.
- Continuously refine upcoming work to ensure clarity, feasibility, and readiness for delivery.
- Make day-to-day prioritisation decisions based on business value, user feedback, and technical input.
- Collaborate with delivery leads, UX, and QA to ensure outcomes meet expectations.
- Own the delivery rhythm (e.g. sprint planning, review, backlog refinement) alongside the team.
- Monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure transparency of work in progress and planned work.
- Evaluate the impact of delivered work and adapt future priorities based on feedback and performance
About You
- Strong experience working in agile delivery environments.
- Proven track record of owning and shaping technical workstreams or digital product outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to balance differing priorities.
- Comfortable working closely with developers, analysts, and testers on a daily basis.
- Experience breaking down large pieces of work into structured deliverables.
- Ability to understand both technical detail and high-level business objectives.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira is beneficial.
