We’ve proven product-market fit, closed enterprise customers, and are now building a repeatable revenue engine across the UK and Europe.

We’re hiring an Account Executive to own new business in complex, high-value enterprise environments - selling a platform that transforms how manufacturing and logistics leaders operate.

This is not a “run inbound leads” role.

This is a strategic new business role for someone who knows how to open doors, create value, and close.

What You’ll Be Selling

A platform that:

  • Connects fragmented operational data (ERP, MES, WMS, spreadsheets)
  • Surfaces real-time KPIs and insights
  • Enables better, faster decision-making across operations

This is mission-critical software, not a “nice to have”.

You will be selling to:

  • COO / VP Operations
  • Head of Supply Chain
  • Manufacturing / Plant Leaders
  • IT / Data leaders

What You’ll Do

🎯 Own Strategic New Business

  • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting through to close
  • Target ACVs typically in the €75k – €250k range, with expansion potential
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of strategic accounts

🧠 Sell Value, Not Features

  • Lead with operational impact, ROI, and value creation
  • Build business cases that resonate with senior stakeholders
  • Translate complex data/AI capability into real-world outcomes

🧩 Navigate Complex Sales Cycles

  • Manage multi-threaded deals across operations, IT, and finance
  • Apply structured methodologies (MEDDPICC or similar)
  • Maintain strong deal control and forecasting discipline

🚀 Create Your Own Pipeline

  • Execute outbound strategies (ABM, events, targeted outreach)
  • Leverage industry insight to open doors in new accounts
  • Build relationships in manufacturing, pharma, and logistics sectors

Who You Are

Proven Enterprise Hunter

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Track record of closing new business in complex environments
  • Comfortable owning pipeline generation - not reliant on inbound

Domain Expertise (Critical)

  • Experience selling data, AI, analytics, or enterprise platforms
  • Exposure to manufacturing, pharma, logistics, or industrial sectors
  • Strong understanding of operational and data challenges in these environments

Structured & Disciplined

  • Experience using MEDDPICC (or similar frameworks)
  • Strong qualification, deal management, and forecasting skills

Value-Led Seller

  • Able to articulate business impact and ROI
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders and building credibility quickly
