German speaking Customer Success - £45,000 - London
I'm currently recruiting for an exciting Junior Customer Success Manager opportunity at a leading SaaS ecommerce company.
This hybrid role (3 days office, 2 days remote) would be perfect for someone with your experience who is fluent in German and looking to take their career to the next level.

- Lead point of contact for key client accounts, building trusted relationships with C-level executives
- Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling opportunities

What we're looking for:
- 1+ years in Sales, Account Management or Customer Success
- Fluent German speaker with excellent English
- B2B SaaS/software experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills and client relationship management
- Revenue generation experience through account expansion
