What you'll be doing:

• Define product requirements and roadmaps aligned with strategic vision
• Transform complex business needs into clear user stories for dev teams
• Manage product backlog and coordinate sprint planning
• Use data analytics to drive product optimization
• Lead Agile ceremonies and facilitate team communication

What we're looking for:

Confident approach with full understanding of Agile/PO role

Technology background with similar experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Exceptional communication abilities

Enthusiasm for fast-paced startup environment

Interest in fintech/mortgage innovations
