Senior Growth Consultant | Fully remote (UK) | £80,000 to £120,000 | Attractive Bonus
An award-winning digital transformation consultancy with more than 25 years of experience is expanding its UK sales team.
They partner with ambitious organisations across banking, insurance, wealth management, healthcare, travel and leisure, and private equity. Their work combines strategy with hands-on delivery across digital transformation, data and AI, UX and service design, engineering and platform builds, and growth marketing, all built to help clients move faster than their competition.
As Senior Growth Consultant, you'll win new clients and build long-lasting consultative relationships. You'll lead senior conversations on business, brand and technology strategy, create your own opportunities alongside leads from the business development team, and bring in expert delivery teams to shape meaningful programmes of work. You'll also help shape thought leadership and represent the business at industry events.
Experience required
- A proven track record selling digital agency or digital transformation services
- Experience selling web and platform builds, integrations, CRM, UX/UI or digital marketing services
- A strong new business record, creating your own pipeline and winning new logos
- Confidence engaging board level and senior stakeholders, and presenting compelling business cases
- A solid understanding of digital transformation and marketing technologies
- The ability to run your own deals end to end as an individual contributor
- Excellent presentation, relationship building and organisational skills
