Salary: Up to £35k plus bonus.

About The Role:

Our partner is looking for a proactive Support/Systems Administrator, with a strong grounding in the Microsoft ecosystem. You'll take ownership of 1st and 2nd line support- triaging calls, resolving tickets and managing requests across Microsoft 365, Windows and Azure environments.

While a hands-on support role, this will offer exposure to 3rd line, platform engineering and automation. You’ll work closely to the CTO, gaining mentorship whilst supporting enterprise-level customers. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys problem-solving, engaging with clients and improving processes while expanding their technical skills.

What You'll Do:

• Act as first contact for support, triaging tickets and managing requests.
• Deliver 1st and 2nd line support, with exposure to 3rd line and project work.
• Support enterprise users across a portfolio of clients.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows systems.
• Help refine automated ticketing workflows.
• Participate in an on-call rota (automation in-place to minimise demand).

Requirements:

• IT support or systems admin experience (MSP/CRM exposure ideal).
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 & Server, Azure, PowerShell and Networking/Security basics.
• Clear communicator and self-starter, comfortable working with clients and managing tasks autonomously.
• Curious and motivated to expand technical skills.
