Director, Business Development (UK)

Director of Business Development, UKHaving established a strong foothold in the EMEA market, we are looking for the industry's brightest and best sales talent to join us on the next chapter of this region's evolution. Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Development, as Director of Business Development, you'll join our team of consultative experts to help everyone including C-Suite at FTSE 100's think differently about their businesses.

You'll have the chance to directly contribute to the growth of Wunderkind by developing and executing a sales strategy to drive new customer acquisition in the UK. In addition, you'll play a critical role in the formulation of this region's sales narrative as we continually innovate and increase our routes to market.

You thrive in a multi-stakeholder, consultative sale and can hold your own in a C-Suite setting. Wunderkind drives growth for 650+ retailers and eCommerce companies with deals in the 200K to 1.5M+ per year range (in recurring revenue). This role will require you to master a complex, high-friction sales process as part of a dynamic team of industry top performers. Humility and coachability are key.
