Head of Enterprise Systems & Operations Data

A pan European $200 million PE backed B2B SaaS firm are looking to hire a Head of Enterprise Systems & Operations Data.

The role will own the entire business systems estate within the company. Their stack is Netsuite, Hubspot, Zendesk & Workato.

You'll be responsible for owning and developing the Enterprise Systems estate & Technology stack ensuring it is reliable, scalable & well governed. This is crucial as they will scale rapidly through acquisition over the next few years. The human processes around this from a Data Management perspective are also critical, so change & transformation experience is crucial.

You will also work closely with wider team to co-design data architecture (databricks), define sources of truth & data contracts, and work with product/engineering on clean interfaces for customer, invoice & subscription data.

The role will join a rapidly growing SaaS firm, achieving 30% YOY growth, recently acquired by PE.

The role will report to the CTO, but also have close relationships across C-Suite & with the Private Equity firm.
