Regional Sales Manager – South UK

The Role
We're looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and partnerships across the South of the UK, selling a market-leading industrial software platform and working closely with an international sales team.
What you'll do
- Build and develop a strong partner network of system integrators
- Drive new business across sectors including food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, energy, water, transport, airports and smart buildings
- Deliver impactful presentations and software demonstrations
- Represent the business at trade shows, events and workshops
- Manage customer relationships, renewals and long-term account success
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B software sales
- Background in industrial software (SCADA, MES, Industrial IoT, BMS/GTB/GTC)
- Strong commercial drive with solid technical understanding
- Knowledge of UK industrial markets is highly desirable
- Self-motivated, results-focused and confident working in the field
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Working Pattern
- Approximately 50% travel across the South of the UK
- Regular visits to the office in Birmingham (couple times a month)
- Quarterly international travel
