Enterprise Account Manager, Sales (Remote, UK)
The Opportunity: Wynne Systems develops mission-critical technology that powers the largest rental and construction companies in the world. Right now, we are looking for a heavy-hitting Enterprise Account Manager (sales) to join our growing team and own our UK and EMEA market.
This is a ground-zero opportunity. You will be reporting directly to the US-based Sales Manager and driving our enterprise footprint across the UK and the region. You will work closely with the Marketing Director build the market domination plan.
What You Will Actually Be Doing: This isn't a passive account management role. This is for a builder. You will be handling a mix of Net New business development and Back-to-Base (existing) account growth.
- Targeting large, enterprise-level accounts specifically in the Plant Hire, Equipment Hire, and Construction sectors.
- Managing complex, long-term sales cycles and using value-based selling to prove ROI.
- Navigating massive organizational structures to pitch directly to C-suite executives (CFOs, CTOs, CEOs).
- Traveling regularly to client sites, exhibitions, and conferences across the UK, Europe, and the US.
Who We Need:
- You are based in the UK.
- You have at least 5 years of proven experience in Enterprise-level B2B tech/software sales.
- You have the emotional maturity and business acumen to hold your own with enterprise C-suite leaders.
- Bonus points: You speak a second language (French, Spanish, German, or Italian) or have previous experience selling ERP systems like RentalMan or RentalResult.
