£35,000 + uncapped OTE (£70k realistic) + Car AllowanceHome Based with frequent travelWe are looking for a driven and commercially focused Business Development Executive to help grow the adoption of our innovative digital healthcare solutions. You will play a key role in showcasing our products through engaging demonstrations, qualifying high-quality leads, and supporting the sales process through to close.This is a dynamic, client-facing role combining consultative selling, relationship building, and strategic account development. Youll work closely with internal teams and Regional Managers to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and deliver value to customers across the healthcare sector.ResponsibilitiesDeliver compelling product demonstrations to prospective clientsQualify and manage advanced sales leads, ensuring strong alignment with solutionsSupport Regional Managers in progressing deals from demo through to closeActively sell the full suite of products and services, including AI-enabled toolsIdentify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accountsBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsProactively prospect for new business opportunities within your territoryManage and track sales pipeline using CRM systems (e.g.
