About the Role
We are looking for a commercially strong and internationally minded CEO to lead the company's strategy, growth, partnerships, and organisational development. This role is suited to a senior operator with deep experience in cross-border supply chains, commercial expansion, and ecosystem building.
The CEO will be responsible for setting strategic direction, identifying growth opportunities, building high-value partnerships, and driving execution across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the company's strategic direction, business priorities, and growth roadmap
- Drive business development, market expansion, and partnership building across international markets
- Build and manage relationships with suppliers, factories, channel partners, clients, and strategic stakeholders
- Translate market opportunities into commercially viable operating plans
- Work closely with the CTO and COO to align business, product, and operational execution
- Support fundraising, investor discussions, and strategic narrative development where relevant
- Build the early leadership culture, decision-making rhythm, and accountability structure
- Identify and unlock cross-border ecosystem resources that accelerate company growth
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in cross-border supply chain, international trade, e-commerce, or adjacent sectors
- Strong record in strategic planning, commercial leadership, and business execution
- Experience working with manufacturing, sourcing, supplier networks, or international commercial partnerships
- Ability to lead in ambiguous, early-stage, and high-growth environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial judgement and operational awareness
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a senior executive, general manager, business head, or founder
- Prior exposure to startup scaling, fundraising, or investor engagement
- Experience across multiple Asian and UK markets
- Bilingual or multilingual capability, particularly English and Mandarin Chinese
- Familiarity with AI-enabled business models, digital transformation, or supply chain technology
