Zoom AV Technician

A leading consultancy are seeking an Onsite Zoom AV Technician to join the team on an initial 6 months contract basis, working Outside IR35.

The role will be 5 days a week onsite in Central London and will be full time Monday to Friday and the role has a high likelihood of extension.

The role has a start date of the 1st of July with immediate consideration and interviews.

Zoom AV Technician Role:

• Provide hands on, L1 onsite support to Zoom products including Zoom Room, Zoom Portal and Zoom Phone
• Troubleshoot and provide User Support of Zoom Rooms and general Zoom enquiries
• Install, repair and configuration of Zoom Rooms
• Provide AV Support
• Proactive support (Monitoring, Config and Updates, System Optimization)

Zoom AV Technician Experience required:

• Extensive Zoom product experience
• Zoom Rooms, Zoom Portal and Zoom Phone
• Ability to read Video, Audio and Control line drawings
