Role: AI Engineer

Location: London

Salary: £70-£80k

I’m currently partnering with an innovative financial services company that’s looking to hire a hands-on AI Engineer to work directly with clients and take AI solutions from concept through to production.

This isn’t a research-heavy or experimental role. They’re looking for someone who can build, deploy and scale real-world AI systems using technologies such as GPT-4 and other modern LLMs. If you enjoy solving tangible business problems with AI, then this might be for you.

You will be:

• Designing and deploying AI Agents and end-to-end workflows

• Taking solutions from prototype to production

• Building scalable pipelines and production-grade ML systems

• Feed real-world insights back into the product roadmap

It’s a high-impact, highly visible position with genuine ownership.

What they’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience building solutions with Generative AI models
• Strong ML fundamentals (training, evaluation, problem framing)
• Experience deploying AI systems into production environments
• Strong programming skills (Python, JS/TS, Java, C++, or similar)
