X4 Technology is working with a global energy trading undergoing a major Digital Workplace transformation. They are looking for a Contract Solution Architect to lead enterprise workplace modernisation across endpoint management, digital employee experience, automation, compliance and next-generation workplace technologies.

You will architect and deliver large-scale digital workplace transformation initiatives focused on modern endpoint management, zero-touch deployment, device lifecycle management, digital employee experience, workplace automation and secure-by-design services across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android Enterprise environments.

Working closely with engineering, security, operations and business teams, you will help shape scalable, secure and user-centric workplace solutions that improve productivity, employee experience and operational efficiency across a global estate.

The role combines hands-on architecture delivery with governance, stakeholder engagement and high-level solution design across strategic enterprise workplace transformation programmes.

Requirements for the Contract Solution Architect (Digital Workplace)

• Strong enterprise Digital Workplace experience across Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise, including device modernisation, Microsoft Autopilot, ABM/DEP, Android Zero Touch, compliance, digital employee experience and zero-touch enrolment strategies.
• Proven expertise delivering workplace automation and endpoint transformation initiatives across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android environments, covering automated application deployment, configuration management, policy orchestration, self-service capabilities, testing and Infrastructure as Code.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale digital workplace and endpoint architecture initiatives within complex global environments, including workplace strategy, architecture governance, HLD production, enterprise modelling and frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate and BiZZdesign.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive workplace optimisation, employee experience improvements and automation initiatives using analytics and tooling such as Power BI, QlikView, Python and R across architecture, engineering, operations, security and business teams in fast-paced Agile environments.

This is an initial 6-month contract supporting a major global Digital Workplace Transformation initiative with strong extension potential beyond the initial term. X4 Technology has an established relationship with the client and has successfully placed over 150 contractors across the business to date, many of whom have been extended for 3-4+ years.
