We are supporting a large-scale enterprise datacentre refresh programme on behalf of a leading MSP and are looking for an experienced Senior Data Centre Network Consultant to join the project immediately.

This engagement will focus on the delivery of a complex enterprise network refresh and migration project involving modern Cisco-based datacentre infrastructure, phased implementation, testing, and migration activities.

Senior Data Centre Network Consultant Key Responsibilities:

• Discovery workshops and low-level design activities

• Configuration and deployment of enterprise datacentre switching environments

• Network provisioning and integration with existing production infrastructure

• Testing, validation, and failover verification

• Support migration and cutover activities during agreed maintenance windows

• Produce technical documentation, implementation plans, and as-built documentation

• Work closely with customer technical teams and project stakeholders throughout delivery

Senior Data Centre Network Consultant Required Experience:

• Strong enterprise datacentre networking background

• Proven experience with Cisco Nexus platforms and NX-OS

• Excellent Layer 2 / Layer 3 networking knowledge

• Experience delivering large-scale migration or refresh programmes

• Strong troubleshooting and operational support capability

• Comfortable working within structured project and change management environments

• Strong documentation and customer-facing communication skills

Desirable:

• CCNP / CCIE Data Centre

• Experience working within MSP or professional services environments

• Experience delivering projects under SoW / milestone-based models
