Data Governance Business Change Analyst

Purpose:

Support the delivery and adoption of data governance frameworks across the organisation, with a focus on finance data, data quality, and business change.

Skills & Experience

Proven background in data governance, business analysis, or BI delivery

Experience working with finance data, reporting, or controls

Understanding of data ownership, quality, and lifecycle management

Familiarity with BI applications (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot)

Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation skills

Desirable

Experience with data catalogues or governance tools

Knowledge of finance processes, audit requirements, or regulatory reporting
