Docusign CLM Consultant

A global consultancy working in partnership with a leading Fortune 100 company, are offering the opportunity for a DocuSign CLM Consultant to join their dynamic digital transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile, enterprise-level project with one of the world's most recognised brands, helping to optimise and enhance their contract lifecycle management environment.

You will play a key role in maintaining, configuring, and developing DocuSign CLM workflows and integrations, ensuring seamless operation and alignment with business objectives. This role offers a chance to apply your technical expertise in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment while contributing to large-scale process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot DocuSign CLM workflows to ensure folders and documents are processed correctly.
• Develop and enhance workflows for document generation, approvals, XML merging, and related automation processes.
• Monitor and analyse application performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Standardise and clean up legacy folder hierarchies to improve structure and efficiency.
• Perform day-to-day application administration, including access management, configuration, and workflow retriggering.
• Collaborate with the Application Manager to implement and enforce privacy, retention, and compliance policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in DocuSign CLM system administration within an enterprise environment.
• Strong background in creating and maintaining advanced DocuSign CLM workflows and document generation processes.
• Hands-on experience with C# snippet coding within DocuSign workflows.
• In-depth understanding of DocuSign CLM security models, access management, and privacy/security best practices.
• Demonstrated experience configuring integrations with third-party systems such as Salesforce (SFDC) or Workday.
• Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) is highly desirable.

This is a 6 month FTC with flexible salary range for the role.
