FIS Quantum/Echos Support Consultant
A leading global consultancy are offering the opportunity for an experienced FIS Quantum / Echos Support Consultant to join one of their Fortune 100 client on a major transformation program. This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-class treasury technology environment, providing end-to-end support for FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems.
In this role, you will take ownership of system integrity and static data maintenance, ensuring seamless treasury operations across a complex, global environment. Youll work closely with internal treasury teams, IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance Quantum and Echos functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems.
- Maintain and manage static data within the Quantum environment to ensure system consistency and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF) issues, including authoring and fixing workflows.
- Collaborate with treasury stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of In-House Banking, Cash Forecasting, and Intercompany Settlement processes.
- Support and optimise bank statement and cashflow interfaces, ensuring timely and accurate data flow.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cash Xplorer to enhance cash visibility and reporting.
- Work with Oracle / SQL Server databases, writing and optimising SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution.
- Apply working knowledge of GoldenGate and Datapipelines for data integration and replication.
- Ensure all support activities align with SOX compliance and internal audit standards.
- Utilise FIS support tools, including the FIS ticketing system, to track, document, and resolve incidents efficiently.
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on experience with FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems.
- Proven experience in static data maintenance within financial or treasury applications.
- Proficiency in Oracle / SQL Server database concepts and SQL query authoring.
- Solid understanding of treasury processes, including In-House Banking, Cash Forecasting, and Intercompany Settlement.
- Experience with bank statement interfaces, cashflow integrations, and Cash Xplorer configuration.
- Familiarity with GoldenGate and Datapipelines technologies.
- Strong working knowledge of SOX compliance within financial systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a consultancy or large-scale corporate environment is highly advantageous.
This role is a 6 month FTC with the salary range flexible depending on experience 50-110k. They are also looking for candidates to start immediately.
