GRC Consultant (Hands-On) – Optro Implementation Experience
London (Hybrid) | ⏱ Immediate Start | 6-Month Contract | Inside IR35 | Competitive Day Rate
We are seeking a highly capable, hands-on GRC Consultant to join a fast-paced programme delivering a critical Optro implementation . This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and embedding governance, risk, and compliance processes within a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and actively contribute to the end-to-end Optro implementation , from design through to deployment and optimisation
- Translate regulatory and business requirements into practical GRC controls and workflows
- Configure and customise Optro modules to align with organisational needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, IT, and Audit functions
- Drive process improvements and ensure effective adoption of GRC frameworks
- Support data migration, testing, and user training activities
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and post-implementation support
✅ Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a GRC Consultant in enterprise environments
- Demonstrable hands-on Optro implementation experience (essential)
- Strong understanding of GRC frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, etc.)
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically – this is not a purely advisory role
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working within regulated industries is highly desirable
Working Model
- Hybrid: London-based office with flexible remote working
- Immediate availability preferred
