About the role

As an Implementation Manager, you'll own multiple enterprise-level onboarding projects across the payments ecosystem. You'll act as the key link between clients, technical teams and product, ensuring smooth delivery, successful go-lives and long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from design to deployment
• Work closely with Sales, Solution Architects and Product to shape scalable client solutions
• Advise clients on best-practice integration, configuration and platform adoption
• Manage technical timelines, risks and dependencies to keep projects on track
• Partner with engineering teams to refine integrations and enhance platform features
• Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels
• Drive continuous improvement across implementation processes and tooling
• Support go-lives and production readiness, including occasional out-of-hours work

Key Requirements include:

• 5+ years' experience in implementation, delivery or client onboarding within payments or fintech
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, APIs and integrations (Postman, JSON, REST, etc.)
• Proven project management skills with excellent organisation and communication
• A consultative mindset, able to translate complex technical concepts into business value
• Ability to juggle multiple enterprise projects in a high-growth environment
