Role: Pre-Sales/Solution Consultant

Salary: £80,000-90,000 DOE
A globally renowned fintech leader are looking for a Pre-Sales/Solution Consultant to join their team. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by providing technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions for core banking and financial technology deals.
- Conduct solution presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to showcase technology offerings and address customer needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor and technical expert, providing consultative support throughout the sales process.
- Assist in creating sales proposals, RFP responses, and other collateral.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to position solutions effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4–8 years’ experience in pre-sales or solution consulting within banking and financial services.
- Strong knowledge of core banking transformation and large-scale digital initiatives.
- Techno-functional expertise, able to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Proven ability to engage clients across seniority levels, from executives to technical stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering successful solution presentations and demos.
- Advanced MS Office skills; excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
