About the Role

Our client, a leading global payments platform, is looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of their acquiring strategy across Europe.

Operating at the intersection of commercial, product and delivery, this is a high-impact role where you’ll shape how acquiring evolves across EU markets within a complex, fast-moving payments ecosystem.

You’ll be working in a third-party processing environment, partnering closely with an established acquirer model, helping define strategy and drive execution across the business.

The organisation operates across multiple payment methods, currencies, and markets globally, supporting merchants with seamless transaction capabilities and innovative payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the acquiring strategy for Europe
• Act as a bridge between commercial and delivery teams
• Drive product direction and business strategy within acquiring
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate strategy into execution
• Contribute to the evolution of a third-party processing model
• Own stakeholder alignment across product, commercial, and operations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in payments / fintech, specifically acquiring in Europe
• Proven experience working with or on RS2 platforms
• Background working with or alongside an acquirer
• Experience operating in a commercially-driven product environment
