About the Role

We're partnered with a leading client who is seeking a strategic, globally minded Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive key initiatives across a complex financial technology product portfolio.

This role is ideal for a B2B marketing professional with enterprise sales experience and deep knowledge of capital markets, middle/back-office operations, and fintech workflows. You'll shape how products are positioned, understood, and adopted by banks, asset managers, and other institutional clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement

  • Partner with global enterprise sales teams to develop tools, training, and collateral that drive adoption and revenue.
  • Translate technical product functionality into clear, sales-ready messaging for institutional clients.

Market Research & Customer Insights

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand market trends, customer needs, and product-market fit.
  • Identify gaps in client workflows and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor competitors' offerings, positioning, and GTM strategies to inform differentiation.
  • Provide actionable insights that influence product and marketing decisions.

Storytelling & Messaging

  • Craft compelling narratives for complex financial products (collateral management, reconciliations, cash liquidity, middle/back-office operations).
  • Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, buyer and user personas, and journey maps.

Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Lead GTM planning and execution for product launches.
  • Collaborate with product management, regional marketing teams, and sales to ensure alignment and maximum impact.

 

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years B2B product marketing experience, ideally in enterprise fintech, capital markets, or financial technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales with enablement and strategic marketing.
  • Deep understanding of collateral management, reconciliations, cash & liquidity, and middle/back-office operations.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning solutions and ability to communicate their value to enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with the vendor landscape in fintech, capital markets, or related sectors.
  • Strong global perspective and ability to tailor messaging across regions.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Cross-functional experience working with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to measure and report marketing impact.
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or telecommunications is a plus.
