We’re supporting a growing UK technology services provider looking to hire a Solutions Architect to join a high-performing pre-sales function.
This is a customer-facing role, working closely with sales and delivery teams to design, validate, and present technical solutions across infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security. You’ll help shape solutions that solve real business problems and clearly articulate value to customers.
Solutions Architect – Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical pre-sales support across new and existing customers
- Attend customer meetings, discovery sessions, and solution workshops
- Design and present technical solutions aligned to customer requirements
- Deliver product demos, Proofs of Concept, and technical presentations
- Support proposal writing, scopes of work, and tender responses
- Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams
Solutions Architect – Key Skills Required
- Pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consultancy experience
- Background working within an MSP or IT services environment
- Broad technical knowledge across:
Microsoft 365 & Azure
Networking, servers, storage & backup
Disaster recovery & business continuity
Security technologies (firewalls, email security, endpoint)
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
- UK-based with flexibility to travel
