The Opportunity
This is a high-profile, London-based sales leadership role focused on winning and expanding relationships with international banks that have a UK presence.
You'll be responsible for driving new business across a market-leading banking software portfolio, engaging senior executives and technology leaders to help shape their digital transformation strategies.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting foreign-headquartered banks operating in the UK
- Build and grow relationships with senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and payments functions
- Drive new logo acquisition while expanding opportunities within existing banking groups
- Position market-leading banking platforms and modular solutions that support modernisation and digital transformation initiatives
- Identify opportunities across retail, wholesale, transaction banking, and payments environments
- Collaborate with solution consulting and delivery teams to create compelling commercial propositions
- Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined opportunity management
- Stay ahead of industry trends across banking technology, payments innovation, regulation, and AI-driven transformation
- Consistently achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with ambitious enterprise sales professionals who combine commercial excellence with deep banking knowledge.
You'll ideally bring:
- 10–20 years' experience selling enterprise banking software or financial technology solutions
- A proven track record of winning complex, multi-million-pound enterprise deals with banks
- Strong relationships across the UK banking market, particularly within foreign-headquartered banks or their UK subsidiaries
- Payments domain expertise and an understanding of the evolving transaction banking landscape
- Experience selling into wholesale, corporate, transaction, or consumer banking environments
- A genuine passion for new business development and opening strategic accounts
- The ability to engage confidently with C-suite executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of platform-led solutions, API-driven architecture, cloud transformation, and modern banking ecosystems
- Excellent commercial judgement, pipeline discipline, and stakeholder management skills
- A stable and progressive career built within banking technology or enterprise software sales
