ICT Apprentice

Role
- To offer support and guidance to our customer base, service engineers and 3rd party IT technicians who are using network photocopiers, scanners, fax and any other IT hardware solutions we provide
- Working alongside the Helpdesk manager, you will provide technical assistance for software setup/usage for customers that need help troubleshooting problems via diagnostic tests and remote access to their devices
- Resolving problems with networks and PCs/Macs
- Diagnosing system errors on our hardware devices
- Remotely access hardware to assist with diagnosing and resolving problems
- To attend and support any and all hospitality events held by the company
Training
Your earnings can increase over time with an apprenticeship.
Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent full-time role, subject to performance and business needs.
