Digital Support/IT Technician Apprentice
There is a position for an Apprentice role in XCS IT department to work with External and internal Customers on all levels of IT, specifically Xerox and related Xerox systems such as Microsoft. A Driving licence is required for this role.
Role
The Apprentice will carry out support desk calls Assist with installations, Databases, Internal software and hardware queries.
Training
Learning will take place every day on the job with a release as prescribed by the course. Level 3 Information Communication Technician Apprenticeship Standard https://www.instituteforapprenticeships.org/apprenticeship-standards/information-communications-technician-v1-1 Functional skills in English and maths to Level 2 as required.
Progression to Full Time employment and/or higher level apprenticeship/further training for the successful candidate.
