- Lead roll-out of local MES tablets across the shop floor, ensuring correct build configuration and user adoption
- Implement material sorting and clipping automation
- Integrate MoFEM process modelling software
- Install and configure Abacus (2021) for Inertia Welding modelling, supporting simulation and manufacturing process validation
- Implement the Manufacturing Intelligence Systems (MISSY) platform, driving data visibility and operational insight across manufacturing lines
- Configure and deploy Signature Analyser (SA) data capture from Winbro wire EDM machines
- Integrate AV&R machines and associated software with the MES and Manufacturing Engineering (ME) systems
- Automate turbine blade movement within manufacturing lines to improve throughput and reduce manual handling
- Deploy Zoller automation solutions in support of tooling management and measurement workflows

- Hands-on experience integrating manufacturing software systems into existing IT/OT estates in a regulated environment
- Familiarity with shop-floor automation technologies - robotics, machine integration, or automated materials handling
- Strong stakeholder management skills - able to work across IT, engineering, and operations teams
- Experience in aerospace, defence, nuclear, or high-value precision manufacturing
Desirable - direct knowledge of any of the following:
- AV&R machine/software integration
- Zoller tooling automation solutions
