Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy Ecommerce Marketplace Integration & Support Specialist to join our ecommerce operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate product listing uploads, smooth integration across sales channels, and proactive resolution of marketplace issues. You will be working with platforms like Amazon Seller Central , Linnworks , Scales Insights , Microsoft Excel/Office , and other marketplace management tools.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and operational sides of ecommerce and is comfortable navigating multiple systems and resolving platform-specific challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and integrate new online marketplaces using Linnworks , ensuring smooth syncing of inventory, orders, and listings.
- Upload and manage product listings across platforms including Amazon Seller Central , eBay , Etsy , Shopify , and others.
- Use Scales Insights and similar analytics tools to monitor performance and detect listing or sync issues.
- Troubleshoot listing errors, investigate upload failures, and take corrective action in collaboration with marketplace support.
- Open and manage support cases with sales channels (e.g., Amazon, eBay) to resolve technical or listing issues.
- Maintain accurate product and inventory data using Microsoft Excel and other internal tools.
- Support the ecommerce team with basic IT tasks such as printer/laptop troubleshooting and liaising with external IT support as needed.
- Ensure all marketplace integrations are running smoothly and proactively flag issues before they impact sales.

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, or a technical support role.
- Hands-on experience with Linnworks , Amazon Seller Central , or similar marketplace platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, data formatting, filters, pivot tables a plus).
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical or listing issues with minimal oversight.
- Clear communication skills to interact with internal teams and external support channels.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge is a bonus (e.g., helping with printers, devices, or software access).
