We're looking for an experienced Project Management Specialist with Master Data Management (MDM) experience to lead a high-profile transition programme. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in bringing critical Master Data Management activities in-house while working with senior stakeholders across the business.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the transition of Master Data Management activities from an external managed service provider to an internal team.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and key milestones.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology and third-party suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Review, improve and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Produce clear process documentation and transition materials.
• Support knowledge transfer, onboarding and training activities.
• Track progress and provide regular status reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Help ensure operational readiness and a successful handover.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience delivering project or transition programmes.
• Previous exposure to Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance or Data Quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing third-party vendors or managed service providers.
• Ability to create SOPs, process documentation and operating procedures.
• Experience supporting training and knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with operational transformation or insourcing programmes.
• Knowledge of MDM platforms or ERP master data processes.
• PRINCE2, PMP or Agile certification.
