We’re working with a fast-growing, people-first telecoms provider that delivers honest, human, and flexible business communication solutions across the UK.

Specialising in mobile, broadband, and VoIP, they work closely with growing businesses to strip out complexity, reduce costs, and provide better service - without the jargon.

Due to continued growth, they’re now looking for an experienced B2B Sales Executive to join their team and help drive new business.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for driving new business, targeting companies across the country. Your goal is simple: identify pain points, deliver tailored solutions, and build long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate and convert new B2B leads through outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Build rapport with decision-makers across SMEs and growing businesses
  • Understand clients’ existing telecoms setups and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost
  • Present tailored mobile, broadband, and VoIP solutions using a consultative, relationship-first approach
  • Own the full sales process from discovery call through to close
  • Maintain an active and organised pipeline
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets - with uncapped earning potential

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in telecoms sales
  • Knowledge of mobile, VOIP, and connectivity solutions
  • A drive for new business acquisition
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with business leaders
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and confident managing your own pipeline
  • Tech-savvy with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Comfortable with field-based meetings and remote prospecting
  • Full UK driving licence
