We’re looking for a technically strong and proactive 3rd Line Support Engineer with solid networking experience to join a thriving IT services team supporting clients across the UK.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for 2nd and 3rd line incidents, with a strong focus on network-related issues
- Configure, deploy, and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure
- Lead IT projects from planning to implementation
- Deliver on-site and remote technical support and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
What you’ll bring:
- Proven hands-on experience configuring and supporting network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless)
- Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V, and Office365/Azure
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and confident decision-making under pressure
- A customer-first mindset with great communication skills
- A friendly, flexible, and team-oriented approach
