We’re recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking Managed Service Provider. They’re looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team – someone who understands education, loves technology, and thrives on building strong client relationships.

The Role:

You’ll lead both account management and business development, working with primary schools, secondary schools, and MATs across London. Your mission: help schools improve outcomes through smarter tech adoption.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for school improvement through IT
  • Upsell services to existing school clients
  • Introduce services to new schools and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and report to the Commercial Manager
  • Regularly travel to schools across London

About You:

You’ve got a solid background in the education sector and understand how schools operate – from classroom needs to leadership priorities. You’re confident talking to heads, tech-savvy, and driven to make a difference.

Your Experience

  • Experience in primary and/or secondary education
  • Strong grasp of the school improvement agenda
  • Confident communicator with school leaders
  • Excellent organisation and presentation skills
  • Passion for IT and strong technical knowledge
  • Self-motivated, proactive and customer-focused

Package:

  • £35,000 – £42,000 basic salary
  • Bonus scheme based on targets
