Our client, a fast-growing IT MSP, is looking for a Technical Team Leader to join their team. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear pathway to Technical Manager within 12–18 months. If you have MSP experience and love leading technical teams, this could be your next move.

• Lead a small team of engineers, tackling escalated technical challenges across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and core MSP systems
• Coach and mentor junior engineers while staying hands-on with day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and service excellence
• Contribute to team processes, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong IT experience within an MSP environment – you know the fast-paced world of service delivery
