Our client is a fast-growing start up AI technology company. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a Marketing & Brand Lead to take ownership of the marketing activities and help establish the company as a recognised and trusted brand within the AI and technology sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a growing business where they can make a genuine impact, bring fresh ideas to the table, and play a key role in shaping the company’s future marketing strategy.

The Role

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and commercially minded marketing professional who can drive brand awareness, manage content creation, support lead generation activities, and ensure the company has a strong presence both online and within the wider technology community. You’ll be responsible for building the brand, showcasing customer success stories, creating engaging content, supporting events and partnerships, and helping position the business as a thought leader within the AI space.

This role would suit someone who thrives in a start-up or scale-up environment and enjoys building things from the ground up.

We’re particularly interested in candidates who have worked within smaller, entrepreneurial businesses where they’ve had broad marketing responsibilities and can demonstrate initiative, creativity, and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and support business growth.
  • Create compelling customer case studies highlighting successful AI implementations and business outcomes.
  • Coordinate and produce client video testimonials and success stories.
  • Manage and continually improve the company website, ensuring content remains engaging, relevant, and optimised.
  • Drive SEO initiatives to improve online visibility, website traffic, and search rankings.
  • Create and manage content across social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to increase company presence at industry events, conferences, networking groups, and exhibitions.
  • Support event planning, attendance, and follow-up marketing activities.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop innovative marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, website analytics, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Help establish the company as a recognised voice within the AI and technology market through thought leadership and industry engagement.
About You
  • Previous experience within a marketing, brand, content, or growth-focused role.
  • Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
  • Experience producing customer case studies, testimonials, and marketing collateral.
  • Good understanding of SEO, website management, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and working independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach and a willingness to take ownership.
  • Experience within technology, SaaS, AI, software, or other high-growth sectors would be advantageous, but not essential.
What’s On Offer?
  • Basic Salary of £40,000 – £60,000 depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working (2 days per week in our West Central London office).
