My client, a well-established technology-focused business based near Luton, is looking for a skilled Network Support Engineer to join their team. You’ll be working across Aruba wired and wireless solutions, including ClearPass, so strong hands-on expertise in these technologies is a must.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing 2nd line support across Aruba networking technologies (wired, wireless & ClearPass).
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving network incidents quickly and effectively.
• Working closely with the wider IT team to ensure uptime, performance, and security across all environments.
• Supporting project delivery and network upgrades where required.
• Acting as the go-to for Aruba-related expertise within the team.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid background in network support at 2nd line level.
• Hands-on experience with Aruba wired and wireless infrastructure.
• Proven knowledge of ClearPass (essential).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and a proactive, can-do approach.
