Service Desk Engineer | Coventry | £25,000–£30,000
You’ll be the first point of contact for users, resolving IT issues, logging requests, and delivering a high standard of support that keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with exposure to a broad range of technologies and a clear progression route.
Main Duties of the Role
- Providing 1st/2nd line IT support to users across the UK
- Troubleshooting issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware
- Escalating more complex issues to senior engineers when required
- Contributing to consistently high service and user satisfaction levels
Your Skills and Experience
- 2 years’+ experience in an IT role
- Strong understanding of Windows desktop environments and Microsoft 365
- A confident communicator who enjoys problem-solving and learning new technologies
- Full UK driving licence
