Technical Operations Assistant

Join our in-house services team to support customers across network, server, and security technologies. You will manage engineering schedules, assist with project scoping, and provide occasional help desk support.

Responsibilities
  • Manage bookings for the engineering team (pre- and post-sales)
  • Liaise with customers regarding schedules and confirmations
  • Ensure return of signed scoping documents
  • Book hotels and flights for engineers
  • Support project managers with scoping requests and documentation
  • Follow up on Risk Assessments and RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements)
  • Deliver cabling test results to customers
  • Manage equipment bookings, survey kits, and internal library

Help Desk Support (as required):

  • Call triaging, ticket allocation, and prioritisation
  • Monitor and update ticket statuses
  • Check Pro Monitoring / Managed Firewall tickets

Salary

  • Basic salary £26,000 to £30,000 depending on skills and experience
