Technical Operations Assistant
Join our in-house services team to support customers across network, server, and security technologies. You will manage engineering schedules, assist with project scoping, and provide occasional help desk support.
Responsibilities- Manage bookings for the engineering team (pre- and post-sales)
- Liaise with customers regarding schedules and confirmations
- Ensure return of signed scoping documents
- Book hotels and flights for engineers
- Support project managers with scoping requests and documentation
- Follow up on Risk Assessments and RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements)
- Deliver cabling test results to customers
- Manage equipment bookings, survey kits, and internal library
Help Desk Support (as required):
- Call triaging, ticket allocation, and prioritisation
- Monitor and update ticket statuses
- Check Pro Monitoring / Managed Firewall tickets
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Able to multi-task and work under pressure

- Full driving licence and car (required)
Salary
- Basic salary £26,000 to £30,000 depending on skills and experience
