The Role
They are looking for an Analytics Engineer to take ownership of their BI tool and help foster a data-driven culture across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as one of the primary owners of Looker (or equivalent BI platform)
- Collaborate with Data Analysts to build and maintain dashboards
- Work closely with Data Engineers to organise data effectively for analytics
- Enable stakeholders across the business to self-serve and make data-driven decisions
- Create and maintain Looker dashboards, explores, and data models
- Gather business requirements and bridge communication between data and business teams
- Manage BI user access, folder structure, and permissions
- Define best practices and governance standards for BI usage
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Analytics Engineer, Data Visualisation Specialist, or similar
- Strong SQL skills with experience optimising queries
- Hands-on experience with Looker (or similar tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView)
- Experience in data modelling and familiarity with dbt
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment

Working Model:
The company follows a hybrid, in-person-first model, with teams collaborating in-office several days per week. As such, candidates should be based within commuting distance of their London offices
