Xcede are partnering with a leading consumer tech business to hire an Analytics Engineering Manager to sit at the intersection of data engineering, analytics engineering, and product.
This is a key leadership role in a small, developing data team, focused on driving value from a mature cloud data platform rather than building from scratch. The platform is already established, so the focus is on insight generation, stakeholder influence, and commercial impact.
You’ll work closely with Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to define and deliver a BI and analytics roadmap that directly shapes decision-making across the business.
Key focus
- Own and deliver a 12-month analytics and BI roadmap
- Move the team from reactive reporting to proactive insight generation
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial and product decisions
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across pipelines and data modelling
- Coach a small, junior-leaning analytics engineering team
Requirements (must have)
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake
- Strong hands-on experience with dbt
- Proven experience in product-led environments working closely with Product teams
- Strong technical leadership in data engineering / analytics engineering roles

Package
- Up to £110,000 base salary
