- ADO Support Provision
- BAU activities
- Discovery and Documentation of Existing Environment and Configuration
- High level Base Training & Enablement for ADO Concepts
- Support of ADO Tool (Updates, Patching and Security fixes)
- Support of ADO operational usage(Configuring Pipelines, resolving tickets and queries)
- Issue Log and Knowledge Article Creation
- Quarterly Ticket Volume Analysis
