Change Consultant/Sharepoint Trainer

A Bank are looking for a SharePoint trainer/Business Change Practitioner to support colleagues in adopting M365 SharePoint Online as the Bank's new document management solution. Role requires confident facilitation and engagement manner, strong digital and presentation skills and ability to continually refine and improve training content.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver engaging training sessions (specifically team/channel/site owner training for senior staff) including demos and examples. Material already developed but could do with improving. Technical knowledge an advantage to be able to address questions
  2. Update and iterate on existing training materials including decks, videos and demos, ensuring they remain accurate along with project iterations and reflecting user feedback
  3. Support end users during and after training including post migration "drop-in" hypercare sessions. This includes answering questions, directing colleagues to self service resources, capturing common queries and feeding back to Business Change Workstream Lead
  4. Collaborate with the wider Change team to maintain training logistics, schedules, materials and continuous improvement processes
  5. Be aware of current SharePoint features and updates ensuring training content reflects best practice in document management, collaboration and user experience. Best practice examples from other organisations will be of value.
Skills and experience:
  • Strong presentation and communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics
  • High digital literacy and confidence in SharePoint, Teams, One Drive
  • Ability to adapt in live sessions and manage senior stakeholders appropriately
  • Experience in creating/updating learning content
  • Previous experience in delivering training"
