HCM Solutions Lead

An IT Solutions Provider are looking for a HCM Solutions Lead to Join an Investment Bank

ASAP START - 4 Month initial contract (Extendable)
RATE - Negotiable (Inside IR35)
LOCATION - CANARY WHARF (3-4 DAYS ONSITE)

Own the end-to-end HCM solution design and delivery across all SuccessFactors/HCM components, as part of the broader SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of all HCM components (eg Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation) within the wider transformation programme.
• Ensure HCM solution design aligns with the S/4HANA Core Finance, Ariba and Concur workstreams, and with the bank's broader upstream/downstream process landscape.
• Coordinate with the Technical Architect and Cutover Manager to ensure HCM readiness for cutover and go-live.
• Act as the functional point of reference for all HCM-related decisions across the programme.

• 10+ years' experience across SuccessFactors/HCM, with hands-on ownership of the full component suite.
• Banking/financial services sector experience a strong plus.
• Comfortable working across planning, implementation and execution phases in a complex, multi-workstream transformation.
